Dear Anthony, thank you for your answer. I understand what you mean, but it would have been impossible to contribute to the projects you have in mind because they are not supporting the same mission at all, and they are focusing on power users, not “Mom and Dad”. They would just reject upstream contributions that don’t focus on their own view.

However, the good news is that if they are interested they can take what we’ve done (it’s open source) and add to their projects. If that would eventually happen I would of course get in touch and propose to merge the projects.
